KPIs & Analytics

To track and continuously improve organizational performance, FrogTime supplies a wide range of KPIs related to working hours and projects.

Key indicators can be predefined and automatically displayed—such as company capacity, which measures the ratio between productive and non-productive hours (including holidays, sick leave, training, and standby time).

These KPIs can be filtered by company, business unit, or individual project. Furthermore, you can define your own custom indicators from the existing data at any time.

Cockpit for Live Insights

KPIs and other relevant information can be displayed on your home screen and shown every time you start FrogTime.

The Cockpit can be adjusted to individual roles and logins. This way, relevant information (e.g. productivity or performance) is automatically brought to the attention of the responsible person, with regard to the entire company, a department or an ongoing project.

REST API

FrogTime features a modern REST API, ensuring seamless connectivity with your existing IT infrastructure.

A standard interface to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is already prepared, and data can be synchronized in both directions:

Automated Workflows: Projects created in Business Central are instantly available in FrogTime.
Financial Integration: Time data recorded in FrogTime is automatically and regularly transferred back to Business Central at customizable intervals to feed your financial reports.

Additionally, the REST API allows you to seamlessly connect FrogTime to Microsoft Power BI.

This enables you to build advanced, interactive dashboards and visualize your project KPIs in real time, giving your management team a unified view of company performance every single day.
